This creeper is Clematis Aristata, a native Australian climber I spotted in bloom at my local park last winter. With its star-shaped petals and wild, tangled vines, this plant is a quiet showstopper—transforming into a whimsical puffball post-bloom, affectionately known as Old Man’s Beard. (What about that for a print on your legs hmm?)
