Refund Policy

– Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

– We are more than happy to exchange for size if you need to, these clothes are made to be worn!

– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and a new and unworn condition.

– Gift cards are non refundable.

– We will refund if what you have received is faulty and we can’t fix it, but it must be in a new condition.

– Underpants are strictly non-returnable.

– We do not reimburse postage costs for you to return you items for a swap in size or style, but we will send back free of charge.

For any exchange or return as above please follow these instructions:

– Send back or drop in to us what you need exchanged to 340 High St, Northcote VIC 3070.

– Make sure you include a note for the Captain that includes your contact details, email, phone number and address to send back to. Any info about where and when the item was purchased is helpful to us. And of course what you would like to swap to! Please, please don’t sent things with only a return address on the envelope.

– If you don’t hear from us it means we have your return pair on their way. Please allow at least a week before you contact us.
