Sustainable Fashion

Captain Robbo is committed to natural fibres and small-batch production. We work with local suppliers where possible and carefully selected makers in India to create clothing designed to be worn, loved and kept for years.

Many garments are hand screen printed in our Northcote studio using original artwork inspired by Australian plants, landscapes, travel and the natural world.

From the studio

Every Captain Robbo creation begins as an artwork or observation. Drawings, photographs and paintings inspired by travels, Australian landscapes and time spent outdoors are transformed into original textile prints.

Designs are produced in small batches and released as limited collections, creating clothing that feels personal, expressive and a little bit different.
