Billy Buttons Tee

A celebration of one of Australia's most cheerful wildflowers.

The print on this tee features Billy Buttons, their distinctive golden globes perched atop long, slender stems that seem to dance above the grasses. Drawn from observation and hand screen printed in our Northcote studio, the design captures the quiet elegance of these much-loved native flowers.

After the first oxblood colourway disappeared so quickly, we couldn't resist bringing Billy Buttons back — this time printed in warm ochre against a classic black.

Made from an exceptionally high-quality, lightweight Australian-made cotton jersey, the black gives the botanical drawing a crisp, graphic quality while the tall stems and clustered blooms create a sense of movement across the garment, as though a small patch of wildflowers has been gathered and carried with you.

Cut in our relaxed everyday tee shape, this is an easy piece for layering beneath jackets and knitwear or wearing on its own through the changing seasons.
