Delicate lines, wild places.
This tee features a bleach print of Linum marginale — the native flax lily — hand drawn from a patch growing along Merri Creek in Melbourne’s inner north. A soft but resilient perennial with vivid blue-purple flowers, this plant is a quiet staple of remnant grasslands and creeklines across south-eastern Australia.
Merri Creek itself is an ancient waterway and a vital urban refuge for native flora and fauna. Despite a long history of industry and colonisation, it’s now home to ongoing restoration efforts and rewilding — a living corridor for birds, frogs, wildflowers and quiet walks.
Printed on a deep navy cotton jersey in a relaxed, boxy raglan cut. The body is minimal, while the sleeves carry the hand-printed bloom — understated, elegant, and full of story.
100% cotton. Printed and made in Melbourne/Naarm.
