The Ghibli Skirt is made from a mid-weight 220 gsm hemp fabric, chosen for its soft drape, breathability and quiet strength that gets better with age. It’s built on Liz Haywood’s zero waste pattern design, a clever approach that uses every piece of cloth, leaving nothing behind.

Inspired by the spirited heroines of Studio Ghibli films — always falling, running, dancing and adventuring through different worlds — this skirt is made for movement and ease. A comfortable black cotton spandex waistband keeps it secure while a hidden pocket holds whatever treasures you gather on your way.
