This is an original cyanotype (not a scanned copy) from a body of work created in my time as a Float resident artist on Lake Tyers in September 2024. It was a truely amazing experience to spend time on the Lake observing the environment in this setting and connecting with the landscape and the animals. Clematis was in flower and this is a vine native to the area . It was toned with collected plants with PH shifting qualities to give it extra depth. I particularly love the brushstrokes of blue being framed by the perfect forms of the vine.
624mm x 450mm (around A2 size)
Framed in Tasmanian Oak with 3mm glass. Print is on 300gsm cold pressed Fabriano Artistico paper.
