This is an original cyanotype (not a scanned copy) from a body of work made on my time as a Float resident artist on Lake Tyers in September 2024. It was a truely amazing experience to spend time on the Lake observing the environment in this setting and connecting with the landscape and the animals. Clemetis is a native climber and was in full bloom at the time, and the cyanotype was toned with collected plants with PH shifting qualities to give it extra depth. I particularly love the brushstrokes of the blue next to the perfect forms of the vine.
