The Saffron Dunes Coat is made from a richly hand-embroidered quilt, created by artisans from desert communities near Jaisalmer — India’s legendary Golden City. With a warm, earthy palette of saffron yellow, ochre, and clay tones, it evokes sun-baked dunes and the soft glow of late afternoon light over the Thar Desert.

Hand-appliquéd motifs and a field of tiny star-shaped stitches, sewn in harmonious desert tones, cover the entire piece — forming a constellation of texture and story. Rich in detail, colour, and care, it’s truly a wearable work of art.

Each coat is unique, with only two made from each quilt. The cropped, boxy cut features wide sleeves, a wrap belt to style your way, and inset front pockets for everyday ease.

Fully reversible, with a striped cotton interior and a subtle line of embroidery visible along the centre back and front panels when worn inside out.
